M&M International is pleased to announce the release of a new solenoid valve in stainless steel.

The valve extends the current solenoid valves range of M&M pilot operated diaphragm valves widening the choice of materials from Brass and nickel plated  to AISI 316L.

Compact valve will bear CE mark and comply to 97/23/EC directive.

Standard NC as well as NO, gas thread version, will be available starting from middle of May/beginning of June 2008.

M&M International srl would like to announce that the 2/2 way pilot operated solenoid valve, already present in the current solenoid valves range of M&M  pilot operated solenoid valves, D232/233/234 has increased its flow rate by:

+ 54% for 3/8" valves - kv from 31 to 48 l/min

+ 77% for 1/2" valves - kv from 35 to 62 l/min

+ 73% for 3/4" valves - kv from 37 to 64 l/min

M&M International srl has released the new Control Piston Actuated Valve operated by a compact pneumatic integrated positioner working in a closed loop. It accepts the most common set-point signals and all operations have been implemented in a sole, easy and automatic operation by pushing a LED lit button on top of the control box (integrated self-starter). The pre-assembled control PAV arrives to the customer already set and calibrated from the factory.

M&M International srl is pleased to announce the release of the new compact stainless steel actuators for M&M piston valves. The stainless steel actuator is an alternative to the standard plastic actuators (Polyamide PA6 reinforced fiberglass 30%) already present in our current range of piston valves.

It is suitable  for applications for use in a chemically corrosive environment and is available in two dimensions: Ø 63 and Ø 90 fittable on all M&M PAV range.

Functions available are NC, NO and Double acting. An ATEX version will be also available.

Tha stainless steel actuator improves the compatibility of the valve for all applications where the plants are regularly cleaned with corrosive cleaning agents.

The valves can be used with auxiliary fluids in:

• Filling systems
• Chemical and pharmaceutical systems
• Mixing systems
• Food processing industry
• Vacuum equipment
• Water treatment
• Pneumatics

Piston valves from DN 32 to DN 50 with stainless steel actuators comply with the 97/23/EC directive, Category I.
